Is the OttoCast by FusionSync™ compatible with my vehicle?
If your vehicle is equipped with a factory-installed wired CarPlay system, then this product is compatible. This includes vehicles with both wired and wireless CarPlay connections. However, please note that this product is not compatible with vehicles that only have a wireless CarPlay connection.

How do I install the OttoCast by FusionSync™?
OttoCast byFusionSync™ is 100% plug-and-play. Simply connect the device to your car’s USB port (usually the same one you use for wired CarPlay), plug in your HDMI device, and you’re ready to go. No apps, no complicated pairing.
1. Enable the Bluetooth and WiFi networks on your phone.
2. Make sure your phone is not connected to any other WiFi or Bluetooth networks and remove any hands-free connections from your phone and car system settings.
3. Plug the adapter into the CarPlay USB port.
4. Wait for the interface to appear on the screen.
5. On your phone, go to the list of Bluetooth devices and select the one with a name starting with AUTO-xx.
6. When prompted, select "Pair" on your phone.
7. Once connected, select "Use CarPlay" when the notification appears.

How does voice control and smart integration work with OttoCast by FusionSync™?
OttoCast by FusionSync™ fully supports the built-in voice assistant on your CarPlay system — like Siri for Apple devices or Google Assistant for Android Auto. Once connected, you can use voice commands just like you normally would to make calls, send messages, get directions, control music, and more — all hands-free.
Can I use OttoCast by FusionSync™ while driving?
While OttoCast by FusionSync™ is fully functional whenever your car screen is on, we recommend using HDMI-based entertainment features only while parked or when passengers are watching. Always follow road safety laws in your area.
What kind of HDMI devices can I plug in?
Any HDMI-compatible device works — including gaming consoles (like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch), streaming sticks (Fire Stick, Chromecast, Roku), laptops, tablets, and even cameras.
What’s the Difference between Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are both smart interfaces that connect your smartphone to your vehicle’s infotainment system, allowing you to safely use key apps on your car's display — but they differ slightly in design, functionality, and ecosystem compatibility:
Apple CarPlay
- Works with iPhones only (iOS 9 and up
- Smoother, more polished UI with iOS-style layout
- Apple Maps by default (can use Google Maps or Waze)
- Built-in support for Apple Music, iMessages, Siri, Podcasts, etc.
- Voice assistant: Siri
- More closed ecosystem — reliable, but less customizable
Android Auto
- Works with Android phones (Android 8.0 and up)
- More flexible and customizable — you can tweak layouts and default apps
- Google Maps or Waze by default
- Deep integration with Google services, Spotify, WhatsApp, and more
- Voice assistant: Google Assistant
- Generally more open, with broader third-party app options

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@fusionsync.shop.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to contact us and send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact our support email at info@fusionsync.shop.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@fusionsync.shop. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
